My stay at this hotel was just what I needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, making it super convenient for leftovers. The service was top-notch with staff always wearing a smile and being extremely polite and helpful. The location couldn't have been better for accessing downtown and Gaslamp. However, the dining options were limited, and there were no special dishes that stood out. Overall, a comfortable and quiet stay with excellent service and a convenient location.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of lovely moments and minor inconveniences. The rooms, although not ready on time, were a delightful change after a disappointing previous stay. The service was impeccable with friendly and professional staff, but the dining experience fell short with delays. The location, right by the gaslamp district, was perfect for easy access to entertainment, yet parking presented challenges.
The hotel had clean and spacious rooms, great service from the valet team to the front desk, a convenient location close to shops and restaurants, and awesome dining options in the Lobby Restaurant. However, the small size of the room might not be ideal for some, and the lack of some juices at breakfast was a minor downside.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and comfortable, but the dining experience was a bit of a letdown. The location was convenient with plenty of nearby amenities. The service was excellent, and the facilities were satisfactory.
